Mike moved to DuPont KSP laboratory in Kawasaki Japan in 2007 & joined the Photovoltaics (PV) group. Mike is managing R&D programs to develop thick film paste compositions for PV applications,. This includes next generation front-side paste developments and pastes for PERC, N-cell and IBC applications.
In 1999, Mike moved to DuPont’s laboratory in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina U.S.A. to work on the Development of pastes for LTCC applications, and the development of photo-imagable (Fodel®) materials used in Plasma Display Panel (PDP) applications.
Mike joined DuPont (UK) in 1989, where he worked on the development of dielectric, resistor and conductor pastes for Ceramic Hybrid multilayer systems. Mike obtained his B.Sc and Ph.D in Materials Science at Sheffield University, England in 1983 and 1987 respectively.
